Tino is a young male Chihuahua. He is our tiniest resident! This 2 year old Chi is as cute and he is tiny! He was found roaming the streets with a 70 lb German Shepherd. He takes everything in stride. Even let us dress him up for rainy weather! He is truly a little gem waiting for his Furever home!
