Our Mission

At the Humane Society of Calvert County, our mission is to provide compassionate care, shelter, and advocacy for homeless and at-risk animals while striving to find them loving, permanent homes. We are dedicated to educating our community on responsible pet ownership, promoting spay/neuter programs, and fostering a culture of kindness and respect for all animals.  Through rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption, we work tirelessly to create a brighter future for the animals in our care.  Together, with our volunteers, adopters, sponsors and supporters, we are making a difference-one paw at a time.

Frankie

Frankie is a young male American Staffordshire Terrier. Very handsome with an Apricot/beige and cream coat! He is 8 months old and 43 lbs.

Frankie is full of energy, love and curiosity. He looks forward to finding his forever home where he can play, snuggle and share all the joy he has to give!
