Meet AceAge: 6Gender: M Size: Small Breed: Cock-a-Poo Status: Available |
Poodle Saved by the Bell! Ace was waiting at the local animal shelter for a home for a long time! People probably passed him by because he is blind in one eye due to an injury and was severely matted (hint, hint--Ace wasn't taken care of prior to rescue). It takes a big hearted person to walk out with a dog like that. Oh, his eye doesn't bother him, so don't let it bother you. Ace gets around just fine. His eye injury was due to some sort of trauma and will require no future medical care. It's just another thing we humans need to work on--not looking for perfection! The day I called to rescue him, was the day he was scheduled to be euthanized. Ace is just the nicest, sweetest little boy you will ever meet. He has been professionally groomed and looks amazing now! He prances around strutting his stuff! He's quite stunning, even without his coat--maybe it's that new moustache he's sporting? The picture with hair shows the color his hair will be when it grows back. He was shaved down due to severe matting. We don't think Ace had the best life prior to rescue. Please open your heart to a dog that will love you, guaranteed! Ace is neutered, has all of his shots and has had a dental cleaning.
